Travel Industry

The travel industry is one sector that has embraced the Internet to the full extent. Almost every hotel and travel agent has an eCommerce site that fuels part, or most of it's business.

Red Tomato have several clients in the Travel Industry, the Green Door hostel probably being the most well known. We were tasked with the job of bringing the www.greendoorireland.com site up to date, to both sell tours and rooms and the area in general. We are currently working on a booking system to allow their clients to take bookings on line and allow them to manage their customers via their website.

Neptune Ireland is another client of ours who have seen the benefits of investing in an online presence. Before the creation of their site the main channel used for outlining their activities was by direct mail, which is costly and slow.
